Responsibilities

• To provide planned teaching to students, monitor performances on a daily basis and provide corrective and descriptive feedback throughout the learning process.
• To demonstrate knowledge and understanding of individual students. To demonstrate written evidence of preparation for classes, both long and short-range plan.
• To be familiar and cognizant of the National syllabus. To assess the student's achievement level.
• To correct and mark work in a timely manner, and provide descriptive written and verbal feedback to assist the student in their learning.
• To vary teaching techniques and resources/materials to suit learning styles, motivation levels, needs and capabilities of the students.
• To develop and implement a classroom management scheme which emphasize a tidy and orderly classroom – learning environment.
