The Opportunity
We are keen to connect with ICU Registrars interested in joining a major tertiary teaching hospital in North Queensland. This is a full-time training-focused role within a high-acuity Level 3 Intensive Care Unit accredited for substantial CICM training time.
The unit manages a broad and complex medical–surgical case mix, including major trauma, neurocritical care and cardiac critical care. This position offers genuine tertiary exposure within a structured and well-supported training environment.
The ICU & Hospital
This is a large tertiary teaching hospital servicing a vast regional catchment and supporting one of the busiest Emergency Departments in Australia, with over 80,000 presentations annually.
