ICU Senior Charge Nurse — Clinical Excellence Lead

NHS Ayrshire & Arran in Santiago de Chile is looking for an experienced Senior Charge Nurse to lead the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) team. The role involves providing clinical leadership, managing the nursing staff, and ensuring high-quality patient care in a critical environment.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in critical care, strong team management skills, and a commitment to quality assurance. Working hours are 34.5 per week, predominantly Monday to Friday.
