Responsibilities

• Responsible for IDC engineering projects, including self-built bases and leased projects, involving the formulation and breakdown of construction delivery goals, comprehensive schedule planning, quality objectives, and safety objectives.
• Process Management: Responsible for quality, safety, cost, and risk management during the delivery process. Identify and discover potential risks in advance and develop corresponding resolution strategies to achieve delivery goals.
• Responsible for controlling the pace of data center construction and delivery projects, from government project initiation to final acceptance and handover, managing the entire lifecycle.
• Coordination and Management: Responsible for managing the project delivery teams within the region, coordinating with design, cost, and procurement teams to jointly advance the construction progress and quality and safety objectives.
