WHAT WOULD YOU NEED? ✍️    
3-5 years of experience in IGA/IAM environments   (minimum 3 years)  
Strong expertise in Sailpoint   (ideal) or similar platforms (Okta, OpenText)    
Fluent English   for international team communication and Spanish nice to have  
Availability for hybrid work: 1 day on-site in Barcelona   (flexible after 3 months)  
Experience in requirements gathering and connector implementation
