Identity and Access Management I Senior Analyst II

IAM RESPONSIBILITIES:

Qualifications:

• Experience with Microsoft Exchange and Active Directory Administration and Azure Identity Access Management
• Knowledge of IT service management (Incidents and Requests)
• Experience with Identity management solutions (preferably Cyberark)
• Experience with ENTRA SSO solutionor OKTA workforce identity
• Independent and structured way of working, strong technical understanding
• Strong communication skills, team spirit and resilience

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform troubleshooting, root cause analysis, documentation and configuration in the area of Identity Access and Management in handling Incidents, Requests and Change requests.
• Collaboration with other IT teams to integrate IAM solutions into various applications and services.
