  1. Cloud Migration - Thorough understanding of Cloud Concepts, to help us on DPC / NGDC migrations.


    1. Anyone being presented for this Key Function should be honest, thorough and have a high level of Cloud Knowledge.

  1. Application Monitoring – Splunk / Sploc / Thousand Eyes / AppDynamics.


    1. Familiar with procedures to onboard Appln to any of the Monitoring tools

    2. Demonstrate usage of tool for trouble shooting with Appln Teams






  1. Infrastructure Services – API's / File Transfers / S3 / VIP's


    1. Setting up API's in APIGEE

    2. Setting up File Transfer – NDM & SFTP – Concepts of Nodes & Service ...
