Job Summary
The Asst Industrial Engineering Manager is responsible for leading a group of Industrial Engineers through planning, designing, implementing, and managing; assembly process, integrated, productions and service delivery systems that assure performance, reliability, maintainability, schedule adherence and cost control within the production site. The Asst Industrial Engineering Manager will adopt as its goals profitability, effectiveness, adaptability, responsiveness, quality, and the continuous improvement of products and services throughout their life cycles.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Workcell IE lead to lead IE Engineer and IE Tech to run daily workcell operation as IE and continuous line improvement
Focus will be FATP level (final assembly level) including assembly process, equipment, machine, jig fixture and capcity.
