Job Description

The Industrial engineer is working to support manufacturing in a portion of Capacity planning, Capital and equipment planning, Layout planning then execute per plan (The resources are Space, Equipment, HPU (Hour Per Unit)).
About the role - you will:
Design a good production layout by considering good process flow, minimize distance and maximize space capacity.

Understand process flow and calculate HPU (Hour Per Unit) requirement by considering product mix, process requirement and roadmap.

Analysis of impact, the concern of new equipment and technology per roadmap.

Apply Lean concept and IE (Industrial Engineering) tools to improve the efficiency & effectiveness of Man, Material, Machine and Space utilization.

Build up and design a system for automated data workflow to align with Factory4.0
