**What You'll Do**



+ You will need to manage the improvement process and activities across the entire manufacturing process in respect of Goodyear methodologies and plant defined priorities.

+ You are responsible for the development of the organization in the understanding and use of FI and Lean tools and ensures that the plant is continually moving toward its AOP & TDC targets, quality and customer responsiveness.

+ You will need to maintain Plant Capacity & Capability Management Tool （PCCMT） to reflect current plant operations, and use the tool for productivity improvements and gaps identification.

+ You will need to provide plant management with information, studies, and recommendations to improve personnel, flow and equipment utilization, as well as support regional I.E. managers with corporate requests.
