Responsibilities

• Establish capacity planning and productivity model database.
• Conduct time and motion study to improve work method.
• Conduct improvement study and improve workstation layout.
• Coordinate machine crating and uncrate, transfer intersite, to machine vendor, to customer.
• Plant layout plans, machine layout plans and workstation layout.
• Coordinate capacity ramp up plan.
• Maintain and update Capacity database when necessary.
• Coordinate factory expansion and new building.
• Quality Accountability:
  1. Enforce compliance to standard operating procedures and specifications.
  2. Address or elevate subordinate feedback.
  3. Execute, proliferate, monitor and follow up changes / quality performance.
