IE Specialist

The IE Specialist focuses on driving operational efficiency and continuous improvement through data-driven manufacturing analysis. Responsibilities include performing OEE and loss analysis across availability, performance, and quality; leading SMED standardization initiatives; developing machine entitlement and capacity models; identifying bottlenecks and optimizing process flow; and establishing, validating, and maintaining standard cycle times to support sustained performance improvement.
