IERP Specialist

This role is critical to China’s IERP success. It ensures that **global Plan-to-Report processes and reporting standards** are implemented seamlessly in China while balancing global consistency with local compliance and business needs. The Specialist partners with PDO and business stakeholders to **prioritize requirements** , analyze gaps, and recommend best-fit solutions using market benchmarks. Responsibilities include managing the transition of local systems into the IERP roadmap, overseeing projects, and ensuring lifecycle governance. Postlaunch, the role serves as the **SPOC for operational escalations** , driving resolution, and continuous efficiency improvements.

+ **PTR Portfolio Integration:** Serve as China’s PTR portfolio integrator, embedding Plan-to-Report requirements into the IERP launch and aligning with global templates.
