Job Responsibilities
Develop and implement space experience strategies aligned with the company's brand vision and business goals, integrating IFM (Integrated Facility Management) principles.
Oversee the design, layout and functionality of physical spaces to ensure aesthetics, practicality and user-friendliness; manage overall IFM operations for daily facility maintenance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute space upgrades, renovations and special projects, coordinating IFM-related resources efficiently.
Monitor space usage, gather user feedback and make data-driven optimization recommendations; optimize IFM processes to enhance operational efficiency.
