Job Description

🌟 Integrated Family Services (IFS) Practitioner 🌟

Bayswater | 12-Month Contract | SCHADS Level 5 | Full-Time or 0.8 FTE

We are seeking a practitioner with Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander identification to join as an Integrated Family Services (IFS) Practitioner. This role provides intensive case management to children, young people, and families, promoting safety, stability, and wellbeing, and is delivered in a culturally safe, strengths-based way. 🌿💛

Successful candidates will receive training and upskilling through a structured program to prepare them for the responsibilities of this role.

🏡 About the Role

  • 12-month contract (full-time preferred; 0.8 FTE considered)
  • Based in Bayswater, with outreach across the Eastern Metropolitan Region
  • SCHADS Level 5 - approx. $100k + salary packaging + super
