Responsibilities

• Ensure customers are always in focus and strive to make them smile, listening and supporting the customer with an attitude based on the IKEA values.
• Comply with and follow internal rules, policies and daily operational routines regarding quality, food safety and stock figures as set by the manager.
• Understand daily and weekly service targets and help to improve service delivery.
• Follow cash handling procedures to ensure the security of money handling.
• Work to optimise sales, e.g. up‑selling and add‑on sales.
• Help and support colleagues when needed, sharing knowledge and encouraging them to do the same.
