IMAC Deployment Technician – Job Outline: The IMAC Deployment Technician is responsible for the installation, movement, addition, and change (IMAC) of end-user computing equipment across client sites. The role supports hardware deployments, refreshes, relocations, and decommissioning activities while ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. Key Responsibilities: - Install, move, add, and change desktops, laptops, monitors, docking stations, printers, and peripherals - Perform workstation setups, relocations, and hardware refreshes - Disconnect, pack, transport, and reconnect IT equipment as required - Ensure proper asset tagging, inventory updates, and documentation - Provide basic troubleshooting and support during deployment activities - Coordinate with project leads and site contacts to meet deployment schedules - Follow client standards, security policies, and health & safety procedures.
