Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end procurement process, from sourcing suppliers (locally and overseas), to contract negotiation and final purchase orders
• Develop and implement procurement strategies that drive cost-effectiveness and operational efficiency.
• Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their suitability in terms of quality, price, and reliability.
• Oversee company facilities, logistics and shipping arrangements (local & international)
• Monitor, support and ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, ISO and HSE requirements.
• Manage and maintain all licensing/insurance renewals for the company.
• Handling of the company’s vehicles maintenance and licencing.
• Resolve supplier disputes and address any issues related to delivery, quality, or performance.
• Support cross-functional teams in project planning and procurement needs.
