Immex Coordinator

ResponsibilitiesOversee IMMEX program compliance, including import/export operations, inventory control, and fixed asset management.Ensure accuracy and compliance of correct filling of Pedimentos consolidados and programs used (R8, Prosec, TMEC).
Maintain up-to-date records of all materials and assets imported under IMMEX, including reconciliation with physical inventory and asset registers.Coordinate with customs brokers and government agencies to ensure compliance.Monitor regulatory changes affecting IMMEX and communicate updates to relevant departments.Lead internal audits and prepare for external inspections by customs and regulatory authorities.Develop and implement procedures to ensure compliance with IMMEX and Mexican customs regulations.Oversee Fixed Asset and Inventory Analysts.Prepare and submit required reports to SAT and Secretaría de Economía.Support communication to plant staff on IMMEX-related processes and compliance requirements.BenefitsCompetitive salary plus a...
