IMMEX Coordinator

+ Oversee IMMEX program compliance, including import/export operations, inventory control, and fixed asset management.
+ Ensure accuracy and compliance of correct filling of Pedimentos consolidados and programs used (R8, Prosec, TMEC)
+ Maintain up-to-date records of all materials and assets imported under IMMEX, including reconciliation with physical inventory and asset registers.
+ Coordinate with customs brokers, and government agencies to ensure compliance.
+ Monitor regulatory changes affecting IMMEX and communicate updates to relevant departments.
+ Lead internal audits and prepare for external inspections by customs and regulatory authorities.
+ Develop and implement procedures to ensure compliance with IMMEX and Mexican customs regulations.
+ Oversee Fixed Asset and Inventory Analysts.
