Immigration Assistant

About the role

To assist the lawyers on a range of immigration legal matters. This is an entry-level role, the main types of work that the Immigration Assistant would carry out are:

1. application of Singapore work passes and associated long term passes for family members of work pass holders;
2. submissions to the relevant authorities, such as online responses to the Ministry of Manpower and paper submissions to embassies in Singapore;
3. advising on work pass related matters; and
4. matter opening and billing.

About the candidate

The ideal candidate would be proficient in written and verbal communication in English because English is the Ministry of Manpower's working language and should be comfortable with working with PDF documents and image scans (e.g. scans of passports, graduation certificates).
