Immigration Case Officer Internship

Austral Migration Consultancy is one of the top immigration law firms in South East Asia with offices in Singapore, Malaysia and Australia. We specialise in providing visa-related services to clients from all around the world with the aim of helping them emigrate to Australia or Canada.

We are looking for a candidate to join our admin team, whose main role will be to

• Attend to the incoming calls, outgoing calls, and take messages as and when necessary. To handle incoming/outgoing mails/ couriers and correspondences. Assist in daily and general administrative tasks, documentation and etc.
• Coordinate and support immigration analyst daily tasks.
• Carry out responsibilities associated with the administrative task to support the Sales Department.
• Undertake other special assignments, ad-hoc functions, and related duties as and when required.
• Perform day-to-day administration duties.
