Provide professional immigration advice and consultation
Handle visa applications and documentation
Communicate with clients to understand their needs
Stay updated with immigration policies and procedures
Prior experience in immigration / visa consulting preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple cases
Mandarin proficiency is a must (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients)
