Immigration Paralegal

We are seeking an experienced 
Senior Business Immigration Paralegal
 to support employment-based immigration matters for U.S. clients. This role requires hands-on, end-to-end experience across core non-immigrant visa categories and strong judgment in managing complex casework.

Required Experience

• 8+ years of working experience as a Paralegal
• 3+ years
   of hands-on employment-based immigration experience
• Proven experience with 
  all
   of the following case types: 
  H-1B, L-1, PERM, TN
• Experience with 
  EB-1, O-1, E-2
  , or other complex petitions is a strong plus
• Prior experience working with U.S. immigration attorneys and corporate clients
