Impact Insights Analyst

We are hiring a senior-leaning Impact Insights Analyst to sit in the Impact Intelligence team. You will turn analysis-ready data into clear insights, segmentation, dashboards, and recommendations that guide program and client decisions. You'll partner closely with our Data Warehouse team, which owns ingestion and data modelling; you own the analysis plan, data quality for decision-making, and the insight layer.

• Data readiness and quality for analysis – Define validation checks, write QA queries, document assumptions, and raise/track fixes with the warehouse team. Maintain lightweight data dictionaries for program, diagnostic and survey datasets.

• Analytics and segmentation – Lead descriptive, diagnostic and basic inferential analyses. Build rule-based and clustering segmentation (e.g., k-means) suited to MSM...
