JOB SUMMARY:
To provide valuable assistance and support to the Import & Export Department in its day to day operations. Job includes assisting in procurement of Imported products and exporting Ideal products to local and overseas customers.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

(IMPORT)
1. Monitoring of status of orders. Ensure that target departure dates are met and original shipping documents are received at least two weeks before vessel arrival.
2. Securing & reviewing e-copies of shipping documents in advance. Alert suppliers immediately for any discrepancies found in shipping docs.
3. Checking of completeness of original shipping documents received and correct and timely distribution of copies to all concerned parties.
4. Preparation of Shipment Arrival Notice (upon receipt of original shipping docs) to be posted in Import / Warehouse Viber Groups for reference.
5. Apply for Sanitary and Phytosanitary Permit (SPS) online for applicable imported products.
