IMPEX Coordinator

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for all Import/ Export permits and processes to make sure legal compliance with BOC and PEZA.
• Create shipping documents.
• Coordinate with third party logistics providers, customs brokers, freight forwarders and regulatory bodies.
• Other company-related tasks that will be assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must have at least 5 years of experience as an IMPEX coordinator or a similar position.
• Must have experience in E-KONEK system.
• Knowledge in Customs and PEZA processes and laws.
• Knowledgeable in GTSB, ABMS and CTRS renewal.
• Must be willing to work in flexible hours.
• Can communicate and converse well in English as there is a regular meeting with the UK and US branch managers.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google applications.
