Job Summary:

The Import and Export Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all import and export activities to ensure efficient, cost effective and compliant international trade operations for Speedo Philippines. This role ensures the timely delivery of products and materials in accordance with local and international regulations while optimizing supply chain performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise end-to-end import and export operations including documentation, customs clearance and delivery logistics.

Coordinate with third party logistics providers, customs brokers, freight forwarders and regulatory bodies.

Monitor shipment status and ensure timely clearance and delivery of inbound and outbound goods.

Ensure compliance with Bureau of Customs (BOC), Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) and other regulatory requirements.

Maintain and update records of all international transactions and related documentation.
