Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Customs Administration, Business Administration, Logistics, or related course
• With at least 1–2 years experience in import/export processing (PEZA experience is an advantage)
• Knowledgeable in PEZA regulations, BOC procedures, and shipping documentation
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Proficient in MS Office applications

The IMPEX Officer is responsible for handling all import and export transactions of the company in compliance with PEZA regulations, Bureau of Customs (BOC) rules, and other government agencies. The role ensures timely processing of documents, accurate reporting, and smooth coordination with internal departments and external partners.
