Duties and Responsibilities:

Import/ Export monitoring

• Export declaration preparation
• Commmunicate with forwarder
• Processing at PEZA and OC
• Make approval for Import and Export materials

Local PEZA and BOC processing

• Daily processing of 8106 and 8105 docs
• BOC processing
• LOA application
• Updating liquidation of ledger with PEA

Preparing gate pass and other letters for FTP, CDC and PEZA

Monthly billing report

Pick up/ help SCM supervisor to get quotation from suppliers for those urgent materials.

Job Specifications/ Qualifications:

• With experience required for this role.
• Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
• With experience in Import/Export Process
• With wide knowledge in PEZA and BOC rulings or procedures
• Can handle LOA processing
