ESPONSIBILITIES:

• Computation of duties and taxes
• Preparing PEZA forms (8106, 8105)
• Coordination with suppliers for the required documents.
• Coordination with the brokers for the release of imported goods.
• Checking of brokers' billing
• Facilitation of shipments and required documents and permits.
• Coordinated compliance with PEZA and BOC regarding shipments and movements.
• Monitors shipments for both import and export.
• Canvassing for the best quotation / price from suppliers.
• Preparation of Purchase Orders
• Coordination of the delivery form supplier to company warehouse.
• Purchase of local goods and consumables.
• Applies 5S in maintaining the workstation clean and in order at all times.
• Performs activities that will be assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.
