· Prepare material Issuance (as per customs requirements

· Arrangement and Monitoring of air cargo shipment

· Checking of billings from forwarder / Broker and process BPM

· Process the application of formula and conversion (FQC)

· Monitoring and filing of documents of all machines and equipment that paid of duties and taxes

· Arrangement and monitoring of BY SEA & CLC CARGO

· Monitoring of Incoming base on Monthly Quota and Warehousing Bond Amount

· Prepare Monthly Inventory Report for customs and process liquidation.

· Process PESA document for deliveries (in direct export)

· Monitoring and record of shipping and releasing cost.

· Process Renewal and CWB Registration, Import / Export Permit, Warehousing Permit and Certificate of Accreditation (CAO)

· Filing of documents
