We are looking for a detail-oriented IMPEX Staff to join our logistics team in Santa Rosa. In this role, you will play a critical part in our supply chain by managing the import and export documentation specifically for spare parts. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and process import/export documentation
• Monitor and track shipments of spare parts to ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate with brokers, forwarders, and warehouse personnel.
• Maintain accurate records of parts inventory and customs filings.
• Ensure compliance with local customs regulations

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in IMPEX or Logistics
