Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible in monitoring, preparation and handling the process related to import of goods of KD parts and other shipment
• In charge in communication with overseas counterparts, service providers, brokers and government agencies to ensure complete documents and on time deliveries of shipment
• Verifies the accuracy of all shipping documents, duties and taxes computation to ensure zero discrepancy and eliminate overpayment
• Preparation and processing of billing controls - assure on time receipt and processing of billings after thorough checking and validation
• Processing of PRF in Navision for KD and other shipment
• Prepares monthly PEZA Report

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in any Business courses or equivalent
• With at least 3 years of work experience as Impex Staff in a Manufacturing Company
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
