IMPEX Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented IMPEX Team Lead / Senior Executive to manage and oversee import and export operations for our food processing industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage import and export (IMPEX) operations for food products
• Communicate with overseas customers regarding orders and quotations
• Liaise with suppliers for ordering and delivery
• Oversee loading and off-loading of cargo (pallets or full containers)
• Ensure compliance with Singapore Customs, SFA and other relevant regulatory authorities
• Prepare, review and submit trade documentation such as permits, invoices, packing lists, COO and health certificates

• Coordinate with Operations and Production teams to plan exports efficiently

• Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines and transporters

• Monitor shipment schedules and resolve customs clearance or delivery issues
