Implementation Analyst

Functional Accountabilities

1. Client & Stakeholder Collaboration

+ Partner with Sales, Sales Support, Product, and Technical teams to execute successful CopLogic implementations from contract handoff to go-live.

+ Act as the primary implementation contact for police agencies, ensuring clear communication, alignment, and expectation setting throughout the implementation lifecycle.

+ Coordinate implementation activities across internal and external stakeholders to ensure timelines, responsibilities, and deliverables are met.


2. Maintain Strong Agency & Cross-Functional Relationships

+ Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned Police Agencies throughout implementation and early adoption.

+ Partner closely with Sales, Sales Support and Technology to resolve issues, prioritize enhancements, and ensure a smooth customer experience.
