Implementation Analyst

Hexagon’s Asset Lifecycle Intelligence division (Hexagon) is seeking a Implementation Analyst within our ALI Americas group.

Responsibilities

• Works directly with customers either on-site or remotely post-sale through installation and implementation. These customers will primarily be located in the USA, Canada or Mexico but could be located elsewhere.
• Be part of the implementation team that configures technical solutions for customers and ensures successful customer project implementation.
• Gain and maintain product knowledge and answer client questions on product functionality and usage.
• Provide technical support in presentations and product demonstrations and conduct customer training.
• Requires moderate skill sets and developing proficiency within discipline.
• Conducts tasks and assignments as directed, working under moderate supervision with some latitude for independent judgment.
