Implementation Consultant - Jira (ITSM)

We are looking for an Implementation Consultant – Jira (ITSM) to provide Level-1 and Level-2 operational support for Jira and Jira Service Management (JSM). The role focuses on configuration support, issue troubleshooting, workflow management, and ensuring platform stability.

This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with 1–3 years of hands-on JSM experience looking to grow within enterprise ITSM environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level-1 / Level-2 support for Jira and Jira Service Management (JSM)
• Troubleshoot workflow, permission, automation, and configuration issues
• Manage user access, roles, schemes, and permission controls
• Assist in basic workflow design and form configurations
• Handle incident and service request tickets related to Jira platform
• Coordinate with senior consultants for complex escalations
• Support system health monitoring and platform upgrades
