Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kulai for an Implementation Team Lead. The Implementation Team Lead will manage the end-to-end deployment process of software solutions, ensuring successful implementation and user adoption. Responsibilities include guiding and managing the implementation team, analyzing client needs, resolving technical issues, providing exceptional customer support, and ensuring project timelines are met. Collaboration with internal teams to optimize implementation processes is also expected.
Qualifications
Strong Team Leadership and Communication skills to manage and guide team members effectively
Proficiency in Software Implementation processes and Analytical Skills to ensure efficient and accurate deployments
