Job Description

• Assist in system/software setup, configuration, and deployment.
• Support project teams in executing implementation tasks within timelines.
• Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and help resolve basic issues.
• Provide first-level training and support to end-users.
• Document processes, prepare reports, and maintain implementation records.
• Learn and apply company standards, tools, and best practices.
• Collaborate with senior consultants/engineers for smooth project delivery.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
• Prior internship or project experience in IT/software is a plu...
