Implementation Lead

The Role

Reporting to the Manager, Strategic Projects, the Implementation Lead oversees construction OSP projects—including forced relocates, large customer builds, and network expansion—ensuring alignment with company standards and execution with efficiency. The role includes direct management of contractors and construction teams, covering planning, scheduling, budget management, and safety compliance.

What You’ll Do

• Perform site visits to scope OSP/ISP projects and create budgets.
• Conduct pre- and post‑construction walks to identify deficiencies, address issues, and resolve them.
• Verify “as‑built” drawings and upload them into applicable systems.
• Inspect construction projects daily to ensure adherence to health & safety measures and quality standards, resolving any issues that arise.
