Role OverviewThis role is hands‐on and delivery‐focused—you will own solution design, configuration, and client engagement across the full implementation lifecycle.You will work within a squad‐based model (PM + Functional Consultants), supporting multiple concurrent projects while maintaining high‐quality, on‐time delivery.You will serve as a trusted advisor and solution lead, ensuring that NetSuite is implemented in alignment with industry best practices and the client's operational realities.Key ResponsibilitiesLead functional delivery across all implementation phases: Engage → Drive → Enable → Convert → OptimizeConduct discovery & requirements workshops, solution design sessions, and system walkthroughsConfigure NetSuite across Financials, P2P, O2C, and Inventory workflowsTranslate business requirements into scalable NetSuite solutions aligned to best practicesPartner with Project Managers on scope, timelines, deliverables, and change control (PCRs)Support data migration (mapping...
