Implementation Lead

Our client is a high-growth tech firm specializing in big data and freight analytics. We are recruiting a Implementation Lead to create the overall technical vision for specific business solutions—designing, describing, and managing the implementation from the ground up.
What You Will Do
Technical Lead: Act as the primary lead for new client implementations and technical requests.
Integration Consulting: Evaluate hardware/software integration and operational performance for successful deployments.
Project Oversight: Manage projects from requirements through deployment, creating scope documentation and schedules.
Documentation: Maintain technical design documentation for software changes and system implementation.
Collaboration: Work across departments to ensure milestones are met and business impacts are understood.
