Sphere Pay is looking for a full-time Implementation Manager based in Miami or Brazil. As an Implementation Manager at Sphere Pay, you will be the critical bridge between our sales/GTM team and our product organization, ensuring customers can successfully integrate and leverage our API-first payment infrastructure. The work you do directly supports our customers' ability to move money with us; you will regularly have an outsized impact on Sphere Pay's customer success and product evolution.
Key Responsibilities:
Technical Discovery & Solution Design: Partner with the Head of BD on discovery calls to gather customer technical requirements. Assess requirements against our current capabilities, architect tailored solutions, and clearly communicate any gaps to our product team.
