Implementation Manager – Revenue Cycle (Dermatology & Plastic Surgery)

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Implementation Manager with deep expertise in medical billing and revenue cycle management (RCM) to lead the onboarding and integration of new practices. This role will be responsible for ensuring seamless implementation across all areas of the revenue cycle for dermatology and plastic surgery clients.

The ideal candidate brings both hands‑on billing knowledge and project‑management skills, with the ability to oversee end‑to‑end implementations, identify risks, and ensure operational readiness from day one.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end implementation of new practices, including system setup, workflow design, and go‑live support
