To manage all aspects of implementation projects. Ensuring conformance with implementation requirements by utilizing standard tools and processes. Facilitating gate reviews and providing unbiased evaluations of program status and risk. Also to serve as a subject matter expert in project management, using best practice methodologies to effectively manage scope, time, cost, quality, risk and customer satisfaction. To ensure implementation projects deliver required results on time and on budget.

Job Responsibilities

  • Facilitate project planning workshops
  • Manage and create all aspects of the project implementation plan
  • Facilitate team meetings and stakeholder updates/presentations
  • Ensure implementation compliance
  • Manage changes to project scope, project schedule and project costs
  • Mitigate project risk by identifying, managing and/or implementing the approved actions
