Implementation Officer

We are looking for a dedicated Implementation Officer to support the deployment, configuration, and ongoing assistance of our Hospital Management Information System (HMIS). This role involves working closely with healthcare teams, conducting user training, and ensuring smooth system operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and configure HMIS modules
• Conduct system walkthroughs and user training
• Provide on-site and remote support
• Coordinate with internal technical teams
• Assist in data validation, testing, and reporting
• Document implementation and support activities

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Software Engineering, IT, or related field
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in HMIS implementation or healthcare IT
• Understanding of hospital workflows & HMIS
• Strong communication and troubleshooting skills
• Project management exposure is a plus
