**Implementation Specialist**
**Role:**
+ responsible for implementation from kick off to go-live and hyper care
+ works closely with clients by participating on project meetings to understand their needs and goals
+ manage project requirements, timeline and alignment on key objectives
+ supports ADP Global Team and ICP with delivering tasks through project lifecycle
+ direct day-to-day coordination of tasks within matrixed organization and 3 rd parties
+ ensures implementation meets ADP standard processes and mitigate potential gaps
+ accountable for driving closure of all escalated issues, either independently or through engagement of other stakeholders
