As an Implementation Specialist, your primary responsibility is to complete the onboarding of new customers onto our Mastermind technology. You will securely connect to our customer’s DMS (Dealership Management System) databases, ingest their data, review the data sets and implement with quality to ensure each customer is configured properly and on time.
