Implementation Specialist – Implementation Team (Payworks)

Overview: Deliver a seamless onboarding experience for Payworks clients, managing the setup of our workforce management solution from sale close to handoff to the assigned Client Service Representative. Responsibilities include client needs analysis, detailed implementation of modules (Payroll, Attendance Management, Time Management, Human Resources, Reporting, Applicant Tracking), training facilitation, and ongoing support.

Key Responsibilities

• Build strong client relationships, serving as the first point of contact, guiding administrators through product usage and best practices.
• Implement the full client implementation process: data entry, training, equipment delivery, first go‑live, and ongoing support.
